Huffingtonpost.com has a great article that explains in detail who and why you should get tested.  They go over different age groups for STD testing and different relationships types.  H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D. explains which tests particular groups should get tested for.  Hunter is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Washington and a nationally recognized STD expert that has helped develope HIV testing guidelines for the CDC.
